What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday from 8:30am -5:00pm.

Can I just stop by to drop off/pick up my blinds or items to be ultrasonically cleaned or repaired?
No. Please call our office at 610-429-0244 to schedule your drop off/pick up appointment.

Can you pick up my items for cleaning? If I have blinds that need cleaning, can you uninstall them and pick them up, and then re-install them when they are dropped off?
Yes, we can. However, we do charge a fee for pick up and delivery. Any applicable installation charges would be included with your price quote. Please contact our office at 610-429-0244 for more information and a quote.

If I order window treatments from you, can I just call and tell you what I want?
If you wish to purchase window treatments from us, please schedule an appointment to discuss your needs and review our brands and selections as well as obtain a price quote. Also to ensure the proper fit and avoid order errors, we will professionally measure for your new window treatments and install.

Do you offer free consultations?
Yes. Consultations are typically conduced by telephone. In-person consultations are reserved for window treatment sales where will ascertain your objectives, whether aesthetic or functional. We will then discuss selections and pricing options to determine the most suitable solution for your needs.

What are your payment terms and accepted methods of payment?
Depending on whether you are a residential or commercial account, payment terms will vary. For most cleaning work, payment is due upon delivery or item re-installation. For blind/window treatment orders, your payment deposit requirement and terms will be listed on your quote. Currently, we accept cash, check or money orders, and credit cards.
